• End Date: January 15, 2027
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Setting: On-site cardiac catheterization laboratory and interventional imaging environment

Cath Lab Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or imaging professional in a Cath Lab or hospital angiography setting
• Current ARRT(R) credential required; Radiologic Technologist (R.T.)(R) credential preferred
• Current, unrestricted Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Diagnostic imaging education, training, and clinical competence appropriate for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Ability to work on-site day shifts and occasional weekends
• Perform radiologic and diagnostic imaging support duties during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced fluoroscopy and imaging equipment in accordance with department policies and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, nurses, radiologic technologists, and other members of the procedural care team
• Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms for scheduled and urgent cardiac catheterization cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient patient flow throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Prioritize radiation safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and compassionate patient care
