This role is highly hands-on and focuses on inventory accuracy, material availability, system and SOX compliance, safety, and workforce support to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. This position reports to the Director of Procurement.The Warehouse Manager works with the Warehouse Associates, Maintenance, Production and Site leadership to ensure Managed Inventory Items are properly received, stored, issued, and tracked within the ERP/CMMS systems.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Inventory ControlLeads daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely issuance of spare parts.Create and continuously refine and improve warehouse processes that support efficient operations and accurate inventory.Lead and teach by example, taking an active role in daily operations and warehouse improvement efforts.Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; ensure all materials are properly received and transacted in Epicor in a timely manner.Organize warehouse, storage yards, and laydown areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, ease of access, and accurate counts.Inventory Accuracy & AuditsEnsure regular cycle counts are completed by Warehouse Associates and lead efforts to resolve inventory discrepancies.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories with a target parts accuracy of 96% or higher.Ensure on hand balances in Epicor accurately reflect physical inventory.Assist with auditing open purchase orders and following up on outstanding deliveries.Systems, Reporting & DocumentationUtilize Epicor modules to process receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory adjustments.Generate reports for Site and Corporate Management related to inventory value, usage, and variances.Support cost-reduction and cost-savings initiatives by tracking data and preparing Excel-based reports as required.Maintain organized records of purchase orders, packing slips, and supporting documentation.Supervision & Team SupportProvide day-to-day direction to Warehouse Associates.Reinforce standard work, safety expectations, and accurate system transactions.Onboarding and training of new warehouse personnel.Serve as a lead and escalation point in support of operational or production issues relating to availability of Managed Inventory Items.Safety & ComplianceComply with all Atlas Energy Solutions safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment and addressing safety hazards promptly.Attend and support all required safety meetings and initiatives.Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Maintenance, Production, and Procurement personnel to support operational priorities.Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or risks to the Maintenance, Production, and/or Purchasing Team in a timely manner.Assist in identifying alternate materials, vendors, or substitutes in coordination with Maintenance, Production and the Purchasing Team.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredDeep understanding of efficient warehousing principles.Knowledge of warehouse auditing practices5 years of direct warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.Experience with ERP/CMMS systems requiredStrong attention to detail and a high sense of urgencyEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow standardized procedures with some independent judgmentProficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applicationsForklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)Physical Demands & Working ConditionsRegular use of hands to handle, finger, and reach materialsRequired to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as neededMust regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more than 100 pounds with assistanceRequired vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusMust be able to tolerate conditions associated with warehouse and plant environments, including limited climate control
