This role serves as a key thought partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders by delivering actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and leadership skills to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that improve performance and support business growth.What will you do?Lead business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business.Partner with sales, commercial, category, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive business performance.Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to key business metrics.Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise executive-level presentations.Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical capabilities.Influence strategic decision-making through fact-based insights and recommendations.Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields.Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leaders.Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field required.MBA or Master's degree preferred.Benefits & PerksAt Hershey, we offer competitive pay and a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, financial security, and life outside of work.Health & Wellbeing: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus wellness programs that support your physical and mental healthFinancial Security: Competitive pay, annual incentive opportunities, and a 401(k) with company matchTime Off & Flexibility: Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible ways of working where applicableGrowth & Development: Career development programs, learning opportunities, and internal mobilityBenefits may vary based on role, location, and eligibility#LI-BS1The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
