Dietary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietary Supervisor to join our team at ExcelCare At Dover. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring the highest quality of care and service to our patients and residents. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery Assess patient/resident needs and develop individualized meal plans to meet those needs Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with dietary standards and regulations Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident nutrition plans, food service operations, and inventory management Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care and services to patients/residents Ensure adherence to infection control and hazard analysis protocols Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and satisfaction Requirements: Experience as a Dietary Supervisor or related role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
