Field Sales Rep: Coffee & Tea Growth

Red Diamond is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to maximize its presence in grocery and mass merchandise stores. This role will ideally cover Bentonville, AR, Fayetteville, AR, or Tulsa, OK areas and focus on expanding distribution, shelf presence, and in-store opportunities.
The role requires excellent sales and customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with accountability for results.
