We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our chiropractic office. This is an important role that helps create a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a sometimes busy environment, and maintains a positive attitude throughout the day.

Some of the responsibility include:

• Greet patients and guide them in the right direction, creating a welcoming environment
• Schedule and coordinate appointments both in person and over the phone
• Check in patients and assist them with chiropractic documentation software program
• Check out patients by taking payments and scheduling follow up appointments
• Use of google sheets to track daily patients and payments
• Answering phones - Attentively listen to callers and being patient with any questions. Be able to articulate and accurately explain A.R.T. and chiropractic care
• Use of AHPM and Rapid Doc (chiropractic software) to schedule patients, print receipts, print superbills, give people their records, etc. Training will be provided.

Our ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or medical office is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
