Dogtopia , the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales and solution-minded individual to join our team as our Pet Parent Relationship Manager. This is a key role within our business to grow the number of dogs in daycare and explain the benefits of our services to our beloved pet parents! This person should love dogs - and upon completing training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!

• Sales Initiatives
o Convert lead calls to Meet & Greets
o Schedule Tours/Meet & Greets
o Conduct follow-up calls with leads that did not schedule
o Express in actions to pet parents our Dogtopia-isms

As the Pet Parent Relationship Manager, you are responsible to work with pet parents and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction while growing D.I.D.
