Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Process and manage customer sales orders, pricing conditions, and contracts within SAP with accuracy and efficiency* Execute daily sales administration activities, including order entry, billing, and master data updates* Provide responsive customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience* Review billing documents for contract pricing compliance and perform credit memo and rebill processing to resolve discrepancies* Maintain and analyze SAP sales data, generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement**What Are We Looking For*** Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail in transactional accuracy* Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems* Problem-solving skills with the initiative to identify and resolve pricing, billing, and master data discrepancies**Work Environment** This role is typically based in an office setting with frequent interaction across departments, including sales, operations, and customer service.
