Senior AIML Architect, Personal Content & Info Intelligence

In this role, you will drive the personal content search effort, which is core to the personal context understanding. You are expected to take advantage of the Apple ecosystem that blends cutting-edge hardware, software, and strong privacy/security guarantees, integrate this with the phenomenal power of semantic index and generative models, and then deliver the truly delightedly user experiences that are uniquely Apple. You will be responsible for devising the product vision and strategy, evangelizing it, executing the plan, and delivering the end-user experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of organizational partners across design, product and marketing, software engineering, and machine learning and profoundly impact billions of Apple users worldwide. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading engineering/ML experiences MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Deep expertise in the field of information retrieval, machine learning, and, in particular, generative systems Strong product intuition and ownership Excellent communication skills Growth mindset and ability to learn new technologies Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $279,300 and $446,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
