Responsibilities
- Complete structured training program covering commercial refrigeration fundamentals
- Learn installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
- Attend classroom instruction on electrical theory, controls, and refrigeration principles
- Participate in hands-on training with experienced technicians in the field
- Study for and obtain EPA certification and other industry credentials
- Maintain training equipment and workshop areas
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during training activities
- Demonstrate commitment to learning technical skills and trade knowledge

Requirements
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interest in learning technical trade skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
- Willingness to commit to multi-year training program

Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in construction or mechanical work
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Participation in vocational or technical education programs
- Strong math and science aptitude
