Here is what we request:

• Demonstrated ability to make personal connections, engage candidates, ask open-ended questions, and listen to establish trust and build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone - with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of career opportunities to candidates with differing needs
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable developing relationships over the phone
• The ability to understand the needs of candidates and influence their decision making at key moments in the recruitment process
• A history of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated and resilient to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position
• Internet savvy to perform targeted internet research identifying candidates
• Proactive approach and the ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner
• Comfortable working well independently and in a team environment
