AI Enablement Specialist

Building and configuring AI voice agents for inbound call handling, the full-time remote AI Enablement Specialist will focus on enhancing the intake function for law firm clients while expanding into broader AI initiatives across the agency. Key responsibilities Build and configure AI voice agents, ensuring conversations meet client qualification standards Integrate voice agent platforms with law firm CRMs and design call flows, qualification logic, and escalation triggers Identify and develop automation workflows to streamline internal tasks and improve client service delivery Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in building AI workflows, automations, or integrations in a production environment Hands-on experience with AI voice agent platforms and designing conversation flows Experience integrating AI tools with third-party platforms via APIs or no-code/low-code tools Comfortable working across the full build cycle from scoping to deployment and iteration Strong documentation skills to ensure maintainability of built solutions
