Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The clinician will work closely with patients to develop individual therapy plans that promote functional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and communication techniques.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Possess solid knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in administering assessments and creating therapy plans.
• Have relevant clinical experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
