From First Beep to Final Pallet

Here's what you'll need (requirements) to knock it out like a pro:

• 1+ year of recent forklift operating experience
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution settings
• Ability to pass forklift certification or safety assessment
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes and material handling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to stand and operate equipment for 8-12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) to transport materials
• Load, unload, and stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Track inventory movement using RF scanners or manual systems
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific procedures
• Assist with picking, packing, palletizing, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
