Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer critical care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and titration of cardiac drips.
• Float between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units, including ICU, Cardiac Tele, and holding areas as needed.
• Interpret EKGs and report abnormalities to the healthcare team promptly.
• Maintain accurate medical records using the Cerner charting system.
• Participate in a pass/fail Sim Lab and dysrhythmia exams as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona or compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam and Sim Lab as part of the onboarding process.
• Experience in telemetry and ability to interpret EKGs is essential.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.
• BSN preferred, trauma level I experience beneficial.
