Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Mechanic (2 Openings) Location: San Antonio, TX Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hr (DOE) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Approximately 1 Week Position Overview Trade Management is seeking two experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a short-term commercial project in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and secure sheet metal ductwork for commercial HVAC systems. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation layouts. Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit sheet metal components. Install hangers, supports, dampers, and related hardware. Seal ductwork and ensure proper alignment and quality installation. Work safely on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all OSHA safety standards. Requirements Commercial sheet metal/HVAC installation experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with duct installation, layout, and fabrication. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
