Required Qualifications: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist license Minimum of 3 years of recent CLS experience Education required for CA State CLS or CLS specialty Preferred Qualifications: ASCP certification Additional Information: Demonstrates competency in equipment management, including preventive and corrective maintenance Proficient in quality assurance processes, including QC performance, test validation, and regulatory compliance Ability to manage inventory and prevent shortages Strong communication skills using tools such as Closed Loop and SBAR
