Join Holy Name Medical Center, New Jersey‘s only independent Catholic health system, as a Spanish-speaking Internal Medicine physician in North Bergen, New Jersey. This opportunity offers the ability to step into an established outpatient practice alongside an experienced physician and Advanced Practice Provider while serving a large Spanish-speaking patient population. The practice will relocate to a brand-new office in Fall 2026, providing a modern environment designed to support physician efficiency and patient access. Physicians benefit from a collaborative culture, manageable patient volumes, phone-only call, and the opportunity to participate in Graduate Medical Education teaching initiatives.

Opportunity Highlights

• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• Serve a large and established Spanish-speaking patient population
• Join an experienced Internal Medicine physician and dedicated Nurse Practitioner support
• New office location opening in North Bergen in Fall 2026
• Monday through Friday schedule with a 40-hour work week
• Average patient volume of up to 20 patients per day
• Shared 1:3 phone-only call supported by an answering service
• Opportunity to teach and mentor residents through the Graduate Medical Education program
