Offshore Platforms Foreman - 14/14 - Up to $235K/yr - Goleta, CA Sable Offshore Corp is hiring Platform Foremen to lead production operations and personnel aboard offshore platforms near Goleta, California. Foremen oversee crews, platform equipment, logistics, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and emergency response while serving as the facility’s Ultimate Work Authority. The position follows a 14/14 rotation with 12-hour workdays and pays $200,000-$235,000 annually. Ideal candidates bring extensive oilfield and offshore production leadership experience. Perks & benefits: $200,000-$235,000 annual salary 14 days on / 14 days off rotation 12-hour workdays Offshore platform work Leadership role overseeing production operations and personnel What you’ll need: High school diploma or GED Minimum 10+ years of oilfield experience At least 5 years of supervisory or foreman-level experience Experience managing company and contractor personnel in 24/7 operations Strong understanding of offshore production operations Knowledge of platform systems, logistics operations, and downhole technologies Familiarity with oilfield terminology and operating practices Ability to lead teams under pressure and in remote environments Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills Knowledge of offshore platform safety procedures and environmental regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including navigating uneven terrain and climbing stairs and ladders Ability to wear required respirators and PPE Ability to work the 14/14 rotation and 12-hour workdays What will make you stand out: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field Familiarity with Microsoft Access Familiarity with Microsoft Project #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
