Assistant General Manager

Job Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. Provide leadership and guidance to staff members. Assist in creating and implementing operational strategies to meet business goals. Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting. Collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency. Handle escalated guest issues and resolve conflicts. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
