Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP's) needed for coverage needs at Pediatrix's North Colorado Medical Center Locations! - Apply Today! We are looking for neonatal nurse practitioners to cover 24‑hour in‑house shifts in the Level2C NICU at our North Colorado Medical Center locations. Coverage needs are ongoing. Responsibilities This role focuses on providing comprehensive neonatal care to infants in the NICU, handling acute and chronic clinical scenarios, supporting families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements Current APRN national specialty certification. Minimum of a Master’s Degree. Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an APRN. Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $65.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience. W‑2 employment. Per diem staff travel expenses covered (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging). Employee Assistance Program. Malpractice insurance plus tail coverage. No paid time off, holidays, or other compensation for per‑diem team members.
