Cardinal Staffing is doing open interviews for immediate starts for Machine Operators for a facility in Fowlerville, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be comfortable working overtime and weekends for a company that has a lot of growth opportunities.

Pay: $18.00

Shift:

• Mon - Sat 6am - 6pm Day Shift
• Mon - Sat 6pm - 6am Night Shift

Job Description:

• Run production; operate CNC machinery, to include finishing, deburring, packaging and inventory.
• Complete daily work sheets and inspection sheets.
• Measures and marks dimensions and reference point for subsequent machining.
• Verifies conformance of finished product to specifications.
• Fits and assembles parts into complete or partial assembly when needed.
• Ability to accurately record work performed and materials used.
• Maintain and operate precision machinery, shop equipment/tools.
• Continuous production of quality and safe product(s).
• Maintains and promotes a clean work environment which includes tools, machines, equipment, and company property.
• Stays current with technical changes through continuous improvement.
• Responsible for housekeeping throughout company.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Continually required to stand up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently required to walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Frequently required to balance, bend, stoop, or kneel.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move a maximum of 50 pounds.
