Conveyor Maintenance Technician

About Us:
ServiceMax Maintenance, LLC is looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have mechanical expertise, industrial knowledge, and a knack for electrical systems, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conveyor systems and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform maintenance repairs with minimal supervision are essential. You will need to be focused, dependable, and ready to respond to emergencies as they arise.

 

Competitive Pay:

• Starting rate: $26 - $32/hour.
• 401(k) with Company Matching up to 7% of your income when you contribute 6%.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, & Disability Insurance.
• 80 hours of PTO per calendar year.

Work Schedule:
Most planned maintenance tasks will be performed during the first shift. However, you must be prepared for reactive or emergency tasks, which may occur during the second and third shifts. Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs and availability for weekend shifts when needed is a must .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on various industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
• Respond to emergency repair requests swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair within an industrial setting.
• Mechanical and electrical expertise, particularly with conveyor systems.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
