OTR Class A Team Driver | $2000 - $3000 Net Weekly
CDL A TEAM DRIVERS WANTED – LEASE-TO-RENT & COMPANY POSITIONS
Prime One Logistics is hiring Team Drivers for both Lease-to-Rent and Company positions. We operate nationwide, hauling high-value dedicated freight with excellent earnings and complete transparency.

LEASE-TO-RENT TEAM DRIVERS:
Average Gross: $16,000 – $20,000 per week (team average)
Average RPM: $3.00 - $4.00
Average Net Pay: $3,500 - $4,500
Typical Weekly Deductions:
- Truck Fee – $950
- Truck Depreciation Fee – $0.15 per mile
- Insurance – $450
- Trailer Rent – $250
- Admin Fee – $150
- ACCC/OCC – $70
- Diesel – Actual usage (fuel cards provided)
- Dispatch Fee – 20% of gross
Escrow:
A total of $3,000 will be collected gradually from weekly settlements until the full amount is reached. Escrow is returned within 45 days after termination , provided there are no damages or outstanding balances.
COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS:
Pay Rate: $0.85 – $1.00 CPM (split between drivers)
Average Weekly Pay: $4,000 – $6,000 per team
Company Covers:.
- Fuel.
- Maintenance.
- Truck insurance.
- Dispatch and admin fees.
Bonuses Available:
- Safety bonus.
- Performance bonus.
- Referral bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Minimum 2 years of OTR experience.
- Clean MVR and background preferred.
- Must pass DOT drug test.
