This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on complex, high-impact transactions supporting U.S. exporters.

What you'd be doing:

Advising EXIM leadership on the Bank's most complex transactions

Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, guarantee agreements, and funding agreements

Handling issues across loan, guarantee, insurance, and working capital guarantee programs

12-month term appointment, with a possible one-year extension
