Your key role as a Sales Coordinator is to attract talent, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of sales professionals. Sales Coordinators report directly to the Territory Coordinator. Recruit and assist with selection of potential independent agent candidates. Develop, train, and manage a team of independent insurance sales agents. Manage and oversee new business sales goals. Counsel and supervise client retention. Work with and assist independent insurance agents with sales and service. Sales Coordinator Skills and Qualification: Self-starter with drive and determination. Desire to help others. Proven ability to set and achieve goals. Ability to interact with a diverse client base. Travel within Territory office trade area. Current Full Life, Health, and Accident insurance license required or will acquire within 60 days of hire. Ability to utilize Zoom and Microsoft Office suite including Chrome, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Position may require occasional out of town travel. Ability to reach high and low; open, close and retrieve files from file cabinets as well as operate computer keyboard and appropriate office equipment.
