Charger Energy Services is actively recruiting for a  Senior Sales Representative for the Permian Basin. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream oil and gas services, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Visit customer facilities and/or construction job sites to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
• It is essential that the Sales Representative actively pursue relationships with customer contacts at all levels of the organization. Ideally, the primary customer contacts will include representatives from Production, Construction, I&E, C-level, and field operations personnel.
• Manage all accounts to an agreed-upon strategy and measured financial goals.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for future growth outside of existing business lines.
• Identify new prospects in the region and execute sales opportunities to secure new business.
• Interface with operations in a consistent manner with clear communication to ensure project success.
• Provide internal sales reports and updates to the CRM
• Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in the oil and gas industry, preferably with a focus on upstream oil and gas services sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to use CRM and provide sales-related reports
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Job Requirements

• Work may require evening and weekend work.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook.
• Valid US driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Significant regional travel is required.
• Overnight Travel may be required.

Pay Range & Benefits

• $60K-90K plus a lucrative commission structure. Pay is dependent upon experience and previous proven successes.
