Assistant Production Coordinator

We are a Handbag & Accessories Company (UnderOneSky - based in Downtown Los Angeles. We are currently doing production out of China and are looking for a full time Assistant Production Coordinator to come on board and manage certain account we ship to. We distribute to stores such as Nordstrom, Ross, Burlington, DDS, Cititrends,TJX, etc. Responsibilities Managing pre-production and top samples for all accounts Data Entry for all new Orders Placed Communicate clearly and precisely all comments to overseas china office Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Data Entry for new shipment folders in transit Follow up with our China office on ETA, ETD, timelines on all production Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Receive approvals from customer and communicate with factory on approvals and changes clearly Requirements Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in Handbag / Accessories Production. understanding of handbags and accessories Worked with Quickbooks or another PLM system Ability to work independently as well as being a team player Ability to work in time-sensitive busy environment. Knowledgeable in Excel problem-solving capabilities attention to detail and extremely organize ability to communicate clearly and persuasively ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Work on Time & Action calendar experience is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr TRIPLE ACCESSORIES, INC
