Customer Service Representative - Spanish Speaking

About the role We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll handle back-to-back inbound calls, assisting customers with product troubleshooting, setup, and issue resolution. You’ll also manage claims, replacements, and escalations while identifying opportunities to educate customers and recommend Brio products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English , detail-oriented, coachable, energetic, and an effective communicator who is comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions.
