Program Coordinator

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full‑time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in North Branch, MN. The role focuses on helping people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. The North Branch home is located on Main Street, a few blocks away from downtown North Branch. We support women aged from their forties to late fifties with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, history of catatonia, cognitive impairment, and FASD. Manage the daily operations of the home Develop and facilitate person‑centered plans Provide leadership, training, and supervision of staff Ensure adequate staffing within budget guidelines Handle program scheduling, payroll, and office functions Develop outcomes/learning objectives Report on individual progress Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county licensing rules and regulations Communicate and collaborate with support team members Perform direct support functions (assist residents with personal care needs, positive behavioral supports, household management, community activities and involvement, etc.) For This Position, You Will Need A valid driver’s license with no restrictions Education and/or experience in human services, education, or health: options include: Four‑year degree with at least one year of related work experience Two‑year degree with at least two years of related work experience Diploma from a post‑secondary institution with three years of related work experience Four years of related work experience with 50 hours of education and training in human services and disabilities Passing a post‑offer background check and motor‑vehicle report check About RSI: RSI has served Minnesota communities since 1978 in home‑based and community‑based settings for people living with disabilities and mental illness.
