At Intellect, we are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Counsellor/Psychologist in Austin, TX, to provide vital mental health support to our clients! What You'll Do Deliver personalized mental health support through teletherapy sessions, fostering connections that empower clients to thrive. Tackle a spectrum of clinical cases, ensuring each individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. Collaborate closely with our clinical team to refine our service offerings and enhance the overall client experience. Requirements A master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field is essential. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours are required. Expertise in contemporary therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Trauma‑Informed Care techniques. Must possess a valid and active license relevant to practice in Texas. Proficiency in both English and local language is highly valued. Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or adult counseling is a strong plus.
