Crew members provide a level of customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations. This includes making and serving great tasting products in a friendly and courteous environment every single day. We want our customers to feel like a guest in our restaurant.
Work well in a team environment to get things done.
Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome.
Need to be able to multi-task and take initiative to do things before being told what to do.
Understand what is takes to get the job done right.
Learn from experience as well as from those who have experience.
What you can expect:
$100 sign on bonus for crew. Average at least 30 hours a week. Payable after 90 days.
Crew referral program - any existing crew person get $50 if they refer someone that refers another crew person who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days.
After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date.
Medical insurance available after 90 days.
Flexible hours.
Free employee meals up to $5 per shift.
401K with company match after 1 year of service.
