Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
• For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• WA State license required at time of submittal. No pending license will be reviewed.
• Cardiac experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school.
• ENT experience required, including FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft tissue cases such as thyroid and parathyroid.
• DaVinci Xi experience required in Gyn, Uro, and General cases.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule consists of 4 10-hour shifts.
• Shift days vary Monday through Friday.
• Start times may be 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM.
• Call is required as needed.
• One call shift, either weeknight or weekend, is scheduled per 4-week schedule.
• Weekday call runs from the end of shift until 7:00 AM the next morning.
• Weekend call is 24 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Call response time is 30 minutes.
• No self-scheduling. Start time remains consistent within the same week.
• Tuesdays and Fridays may have later start times for in-services and team meetings.
