Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical support Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles Escalate issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Associates or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field Proven experience in technical support or a similar role Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Patience and empathy when dealing with customers Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year Please note that the provided salary ranges are estimates and can vary based on factors such as location and candidate experience.
