Registered Nurse - ICU

This position requires ICU experience in a fast-paced environment. Registered Nurses will provide care for critically ill patients. Candidates must be comfortable with a 2:1 patient ratio. Common patient diagnoses include COVID, ARDS, GI bleed, sepsis, acute renal failure, stroke, and head bleeds. Registered Nurses may be required to titrate drips such as Levophed and insulin. Team members will work with Hospitalists or Intensivists. The shift consists of a schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required as part of the schedule. Nursing staff must be available for consistent patient care, using equipment such as vents, CPAP, and BiPAP. The role includes collaborating with Respiratory Therapists available 24/7. Registered Nurses will monitor patients' telemetry and provide high-quality care.
