MasterScapes is hiring for an Account Manager role at our Abilene office!

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the landscaping industry, including expertise in plants, pests, irrigation systems, and turf management. They will be expected to use this knowledge to guide clients on best practices, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure the highest standards of landscape care. A customer-first mindset, st rong skills in communication, time-management ,
and task prioritization along with an ability to drive business growth through relationship management are essential for success in this role.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Using your expertise in plants, pests, irrigation systems, and turf management to maintain and enhance landscapes


• Advising clients on best practices and customized solutions for their unique outdoor spaces


• Ensuring top-quality work and attention to detail on every project


• Managing your schedule and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed expectations


• Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of landscaping practices, plant care, pest management, irrigation, and turf health


• Strong communication and customer service skills – you know how to listen, explain, and make people feel confident in your work


• Excellent time management and task prioritization – you stay organized, even when juggling multiple projects
