Salary: $105,262 - 192,764 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; related fields may qualify if the program includes substantial foundational computer science coursework.
• We look for coursework or knowledge in algorithms, computer architecture, programming languages and methodologies, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics.
• We require relevant experience in software development activities such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, installation, maintenance, and programming.
• For full-performance consideration, we typically look for a bachelors degree with 3 years of relevant experience, a masters degree with 1 year, or a doctoral degree with no experience; an associate degree plus 5 years may also be considered.
• For senior consideration, we typically look for a bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience, a masters degree with 4 years, or a doctoral degree with 2 years; an associate degree plus 8 years may also be considered.
• We prefer candidates with experience in COBOL or IBM mainframe environments.
• We value strong critical thinking, collaboration, initiative, continuous learning, adaptability, teamwork, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
• We prefer prior Intelligence Community experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
