Domestic Operations Specialist - Amazon

About the Role Domestic Operations Specialist within the Operations team, responsible for managing Amazon fulfillment workflows. Oversees the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle using NetSuite, collaborates with 3PL partners, and ensures compliance with Amazon Vendor Central requirements. What You’ll Do Process purchase orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Maintain NetSuite and other platforms, regularly updating order status for transparency and efficiency. Communicate order statuses to customers and the sales team; respond promptly to inquiries. Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-schedule fulfillment and accurate dispatch. Monitor adherence to customer requirements, product compliance, shipping regulations, and invoicing standards. Prepare and send sales confirmations, packing lists, and commercial invoices to customers. Identify, diagnose, and resolve EDI errors and chargebacks. Perform basic analysis of PO cuts and inventory availability for cross-functional reporting. Execute special projects and ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in operations or logistics, ideally with consumer goods and major retailers such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, or Costco. Direct experience with Amazon Vendor Central. Detail-oriented with proficiency in spreadsheets or databases to track orders and inventory. Comfortable working cross-functionally with strong communication skills. Track record of managing tight deadlines and solving problems proactively in fast-paced environments. Adaptable to shifting priorities and demonstrates transparency. Most candidates will be positioned in the low to mid-range of the band, with potential for higher placement based on experience and qualifications. Work Arrangement Hybrid work model: on-site at the Lincoln Park office at least 2 days per week, with additional in-office days as needed. Candidates must be comfortable with this arrangement.
