This is a field-based, commission-driven insurance sales role. You will meet directly with individuals and families across East, Tennessee to help them select Medicare supplement, prescription savings, dental, vision, and life insurance plans that fit their budget and needs. You manage your own territory and schedule. Income is directly tied to your production.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with individuals and families in your assigned territory to review their coverage options
• Educate clients on available Medicare supplement, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance plans
• Help clients select and enroll in plans that fit their specific needs and budget
• Manage your own calendar, client records, and follow-up pipeline
• Attend weekly team training calls and occasional in-person development sessions

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Strong interpersonal skills — you're comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field daily
• Willingness to obtain a Tennessee insurance license (we assist with the cost and walk you through it)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or direct outreach
• Prior insurance license (speeds up your start date)

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 OTE (commission-based) | Average first-year agent earns
