You prefer following pre-established paths and repeating solutions rather than innovating. You become easily frustrated by the slow pace of meaningful cultural change. You prefer clear, defined structures and feel uncomfortable navigating ambiguity. You don’t want to participate in the day-to-day and only direct others. The Director of People Operations will play a crucial role in strategically aligning Human Resources, Recruiting, and Employee Development with our mission. Position reports to the VP level. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in HR with a proven track record of leadership and people management. Experience as a key power user of HRIS systems, preferably UKG or similar. Expertise in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Employee Development, with a strong focus on employee engagement and retention. Expertise in change management and training, with the ability to introduce new thinking in performance management and goal setting. Experience overseeing employee benefits and payroll. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your HR team as well as nearly 330+ employees across the company. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for developing and implementing new ideas.
