About the Position This is a part time, onsite position based in Gaithersburg, MD. The role requires Monday – Friday mornings, 20 hours per week. If so, we have the perfect internship for you! What You’ll Do Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, documentation, and preparation. Manage trainee feedback to drive continuous improvement of training programs. Assist with recording and sharing customer profiles with field teams and product managers post-training. Handle routine tasks such as training session setup, enabling trainers to focus on high-value responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools. Compensation The anticipated base salary range has been established at $21-$25/hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
