• Rounding: 8 am - 5 pm, Call: 5 pm - 8 am
• Moving to 7 days on/off flex schedule
• Average census of 12
• 17-bed unit
• Must be comfortable treating children
• Must treat both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry
• Voluntary and involuntary admissions
• Cross privilege at multiple worksites
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
