Sales Leader - AMS

Role Overview The Sales Director will lead and coach the ISV Validation Sales team in the Americas (AMS) as part of the Global Sales Management Team. The role focuses on driving business growth across the AMS region in collaboration with sales leaders from other countries and cross‑functional partners such as Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. Responsibilities Lead and coach a complex team to achieve business objectives in the assigned industry. Execute and deploy the aligned business plan. Set and develop business strategy and monitor conversion. Support the team in pursuing leads and closing sales. Drive continuous improvement of sales productivity. Respond to escalated internal and external issues and support colleagues. Manage pricing and discount strategy. Manage cost budget. Improve sales core competencies and build a high‑performing team. Transform the sales team from product‑oriented to solution‑oriented. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Science or related majors, or equivalent experience. Typical graduate/post‑graduate qualification with extensive relevant work experience. 10–15 years of relevant experience with technical and industry know‑how. Ability to integrate/coordinate cross‑functionally. Consolidated industry and product knowledge, including Automotive / A&D experience. Supervisory skills and people‑management ability. Project‑management skills and experience managing sales‑related projects. Strong influence, communication and integration skills across colleagues and customers. Proven track record of sales growth and key global account development across industries. Proven success managing sales of hardware and software products and solutions for product development. Personal Skills Strong leader with accountability, ownership and a growth mindset. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Champion change, business acumen, result‑driven, organized and self‑motivated. Ability to multi‑task effectively. Travel Travel required: 50% of work time.
