Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Bank Organization, you will be based in FortPierce, FL34947 at the Orange Blossom Mall Branch. Bilingual Spanish required. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience (CX), customer service, identifying opportunities. Leveraging technology, proactive sales competencies. Banking products, digital awareness, effective communications. Managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting. Retail lending, selling, understanding customer needs. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an associate's degree or equivalent and at least 3years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education No degree required.
