Forklift Operator

Manpower is partnering with Ulta Distribution to hire Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience with order pickers and or cherry pickers and be comfortable going in the air to pick products.

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour

Shifts Available :

Mon - Thur, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $19.00/hr

Mon - Thur, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM | $19.75/hr

Fri - Sun, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $20.00/hr

Fri - Sun, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $21.00/hr

*** All shifts require OT and weekend work

What's the Job?

• Operate order picker and cherry picker equipment to efficiently retrieve products from high storage areas up to 40 feet high.

• Pull products and transport them to designated picking areas for order fulfillment.

• Assist with manual product picking when not operating equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.

• Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, maintaining proper lifting techniques.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating forklift, order picker, or cherry picker equipment.

• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and comfortable with heights.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
