Job Description Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Firmware and Middleware Development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of SDK, WiFi, and DOCSIS solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for RDK-B and RDK-V Middleware to support ongoing projects. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and enhance user experience. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine project deliverables. Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Support the development and deployment of new features and functionalities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Middleware and Firmware Development. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize analytical tools to measure project success and identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Firmware Development and Middleware Development. Demonstrate expertise in SDK, WiFi, and DOCSIS technologies. Have experience working with RDK-B and RDK-V Middleware. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
