About the Opportunity
Kelly Services partners with leading organizations to help them build outstanding teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this Customer Experience Specialist role, you’ll join our client’s team, working alongside dedicated professionals committed to providing excellent service during a dynamic and innovative growth phase.   
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time
Available Shifts:

• Shift 2: Thursday–Sunday, 6 am–3 pm PT (9 hrs/day, 36 hrs/wk)
• Shift 3: Monday–Wednesday, 3 pm–12 am PT (9 hrs/day, 27 hrs/wk
• Shift 4: Monday–Wednesday, 6 am–3 pm PT (9 hrs/day)   27 hrs/wk

Position Overview

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email and SMS
• Review refund eligibility based on company guidelines
• Validate order details and process requests precisely
• Prepare and submit approval requests where needed
• Track progress and ensure timely case closure
• Complete required forms, documentation, and daily reports
• Escalate high-priority or policy exceptions to the appropriate team members
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to your team lead

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior customer support or related experience
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to adhere to policies
• Good judgment on when to escalate cases
• Comfortable using Google Suite and email
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one)
• 1+ years’ experience in sales, consulting, strategy, operations, technology, analytics, or similar fields
• Experience working with external partners
• Thrives in a fast-changing environment
