Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Hilo, Hawaii. Travel assignment begins 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,192–$2,275 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: Flex with 8-hour shifts; varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Work setting: a long-term care unit located on a healthcare campus within a health system.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and provide treatments, including medication administration
- Communicate pertinent findings to the MD/NP and document care plans
- Manage admission and discharge processes; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide specialized care tasks such as gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, and CPAP support
- Perform nebulized treatments, wound VAC care, and tracheostomy care as assigned
- Collaborate with the care team to support safe, patient-centered outcomes

Requirements
- Hawaii Registered Nurse license (active) by start date
- Hawaii license required by start of assignment; candidate not in possession of an active HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to complete employee health clearance
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work a flexible, varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel to and work in Hawaii for the duration of the assignment
