You'll collaborate with educators and families to create individualized treatment strategies that foster development and active participation in the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially early intervention or elementary levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities
• Passion for working within an educational setting and supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as indicated by IEPs or intervention plans
• Assess students’ functional abilities and adapt activities to maximize participation in school routines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support inclusive practices
• Develop and document clear, measurable goals and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for optimal student outcomes
• Provide resources and coaching to staff and families as needed
