Customer Service Order Entry AidThis employee aids in all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the Joint Venture locations.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service DepartmentDeletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as deemed necessaryRead and analyze documents such as patient ordersComprehend pharmacy prescription terminologyEffectively communicate with co-workers and patients alikeCalculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensedApply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructionsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceComputer entry experience necessary
